Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the ShareMyMoments platform (sharemymoments.com), operated by Ragim Etemi, Vienna, Austria. By registering, you accept these terms.

ShareMyMoments is a SaaS platform where groups (friends, families, clubs, weddings) can upload their photos and videos and experience them interactively. The service includes:

• Photo and video upload
• Interactive timeline
• Gallery with lightbox
• Various games (Memory, Photo Battle, Slot Machine and more)
• Group management

An account is required to use the service. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the security of your account. The minimum age for registration is 16 years.

ShareMyMoments offers the following plans:

• Basic5 GBEUR 3.99/month
• Plus15 GBEUR 7.99/month
• Pro100 GBEUR 15.99/month

Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. All prices include applicable VAT.

You retain all rights to your uploaded photos and videos. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content within the service. This license ends when your content or account is deleted.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload and that the people depicted consent to it being stored and displayed within your group. You are responsible for all content uploaded by you or by visitors you invite via a public link.

The following content must not be uploaded:

• Sexualised depictions of minors and any form of depiction of sexual abuse
• Depictions or glorification of violence, and depictions of animal cruelty
• National Socialist propaganda, hate speech, incitement to hatred and discrimination
• Terrorist or extremist content and instructions for committing criminal offences
• Intimate or sexual images published without the consent of the person depicted
• Content infringing personality rights, copyright or other third-party rights
• Malware and spam
• Any other content violating applicable law

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from the use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

You can delete your account at any time in the settings. Paid plans can be cancelled at the end of the billing period. Upon account deletion, all your data, photos, and videos are permanently deleted within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of consumer protection law of their country of residence apply.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
